As a non-profit organization, BAMA has a long-standing history of fund-raising and supporting charities. We strive to improve our community by assisting local charities suggested by our members. Our charity work includes cash donations, collection of supplies and volunteer time. Charities that have benefited from BAMA’s support include: American Cancer Society, Food Banks, Women’s Shelters, local families, Sulphur Creek Nature Center, Automotive Regional Occupational Program (ROP) at our local Junior College and many more.

BAMA’s Annual Ponies and Snakes Car Show was held on June 23 and a big thank went out to all the people that participated. We raised $836 for the Relay for Life Walk hosted by American Cancer Society. Once again, our club members Nelson and Sheri Cardadeiro, volunteered their time by completing the Relay Walk and raising additional funds.

We raised $735 for the Relay for Life Walk hosted by American Cancer Society. The fund raising effort was spear headed by Lisa Lohman with help from Sue Nunes. Thank you both!
